Congratulations – it’s all yours!

So as any gitty home buyer, my palms were damp the day escrow closed. (I won’t go into the whole fiasco of buying a short sale – if you have questions about that visit my other blog – http://therealestatebeat.wordpress.com/) When the call came in from our title officer – letting us know we were on record – well you couldn’t stop us from putting on our work clothes, getting the keys… oh… and don’t forget the sledge hammer.

Ripping out the bath was truly rewarding, laying down the wonderboard was hubby’s job. Don’t worry – I got my hands dirty.-
